04 / AI ENTHUSIAST

Curiosity about technology.
Responsibility for its impact.

I love technology and believe it can help solve many of our hardest challenges when we implement it responsibly. My interest in AI is hands-on: understanding the work, experimenting with tools, and keeping judgement close to the decisions that matter.

IN PRACTICE

Qatalink

BY QATALYST RESEARCH GROUP

Bringing consulting knowledge, collaboration, and AI into one place.

My work at Qatalyst includes helping shape AI-enabled consulting workflows. Qatalink brings together project opportunities, shared workspaces, and tools for proposal development and research. It connects the technology to how consultants actually work.

01

AI agents for proposals

I helped develop an agent-assisted approach to reviewing RFPs and preparing proposals, drawing on team profiles, project experience, and methodologies. Expert review remains part of the process.

02

Data analyst skills

I experiment with reusable AI instructions and workflows for interpreting data, checking evidence, and communicating findings. My foundation is mixed-methods research: connecting quantitative patterns with qualitative context.

03

Outcomes & impact tools

I have used AI tools to prototype an application for measuring and managing outcomes and impact, alongside client work on performance platforms and dashboards.

MY APPROACH TO ADOPTION

Start with how knowledge moves.

Helping an organization adopt AI begins with its people and processes. I map how knowledge is created, shared, checked, and used, then identify where a new capability would make the work meaningfully better.

  1. 01

    Understand

Listen to the people doing the work. Map decisions, information, handoffs, and recurring friction.

  2. 02

    Design

Choose a useful problem. Define the role of AI, the evidence it needs, and the human review points.

  3. 03

    Experiment

Test a bounded workflow with real examples. Check accuracy, traceability, and usefulness.

  4. 04

    Learn

Measure what improves, document what fails, and refine the process with the people who use it.

Technology earns its place when it helps people do better work.

Privacy, transparent evidence, and human accountability belong in the design. I bring the same critical thinking to an AI output that I bring to a policy claim.
